Good to see you are back, and in a modified avatar. Congratulations!

Nice discussion and a lot of input from Anmares, Thanks to her.

Quite a range of topics Anmares spoke difficult to cover all. Let me admit Lego workshops are new to me, new learning.

Our company TCS insists 100% back to office. I don’t like it though no option but to follow. In my view, without coming to office, young boys & girls become losers- they can’t network. They don’t, at least many of them don’t understand Office culture, networking, and the soft skills necessary to survive in the Corporate environment. So, in my view, people with less than 5 years of experience, should try to be in office 100% of the time or nearly 100%. Also, seniors who are in the mentoring roles should be available for most of the days in the office if not 100%. The others can manage their day on their own. It is not one size fits all. Hybrid or otherwise, has to be depending on the individuals and their roles.
