Nordic Elegance meets Japanese Simplicity: It's all about some amazing Coffees

I visited Singapore recently and oh boy! I could not believe that this tiny city state nation has such a vibrant Specialty Coffee & Cafe scene.

The Cafe Design is a great fusion of Nordic Elegance and Japanese Simplicity. Clean lines, whites and woody colours & finishes for interiors and furniture. The Cafe vibe is just incredible. What makes Apartment Coffee stand out is their amazing service, with the coffee masters recommending what to drink. Yes, you heard it right. You don't get anything to eat here. Absolutely no-nothing. You have to quench your hunger or thirst with coffees only.

Apartment has fantabulous collection of Specialty Coffees from all over the world - from prominent coffee growing regions like Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Myanmar.

I tasted all of them, but let me share some notes on Costa Rica Aquiares Estate coffee for V60, Manual Pour Over (you’ll see this in pics below)

• Origin : Turrialba, Costa Rica ; Altitude : 1400 masl

• Variety : Caturra
